Georgia has reported 2,185 new cases of coronavirus of 31,216 tests, 2,010 recoveries and 40 deaths in the past 24 hours. 

19,538 remain infected with Covid-19 in Georgia as of today.

The country has had 609,340 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020 of which 580,891 have recovered, while 8,884 have died from the virus.

Most of the new cases were reported in Tbilisi - 584, Adjara - 121, Imereti - 392 and Kvemo Kartli regions - 153. More than 4,000 individuals are undergoing treatment in hospitals, while more than 16,000 are at home. 

286 of the 1,066 critical patients in hospitals are on artificial ventilation. 

1,760,878 individuals have received at least one dose of the vaccine in the country since March 2021 of which  785,850 have been completely vaccinated.
