Agricultural product festival to be held in capital per Tbilisoba annual festival

Open markets will be made in several districts of Tbilisi on October 23-24 where agricultural products brought from Georgian regions will be present within the annual Tbiloba festival, incumbent Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze stated earlier today. 

The markets will be made on the following locations: 

Chughureti - near metro station Marjanishvili

Samgori- Viktor Kupradze street 10

Gldani-Nozadze Street

Didube- near Didube Plaza

Dighmis Masivi-Paichadze Street N1

Saburtalo-near the Sports Palace

Vake- near Gegeshidze square

A concert was also planned for this year’s Tbilisoba. However, after the recent  tragedy in Batumi, when nine individuals were killed after the collapse of a residential building, the concert was cancelled and the money allocated for the event will be spent for the families who suffered losses during the accident. 


The annual ceremony of rewarding honorable residents of Tbilisi will be held within Tbilisoba this year.
