Ukrainian troops reach Russian border after liberalization of Kharkiv

The 227th Battalion of the 127th Brigade of the Territorial Defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reached the Russian state border in the Kharkiv region after liberalization of the area from the Russian military. 

 

Ukrainian soldiers have recorded a video from the border and addressed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

 

"We have come, Mr. President, we are here! Here are the guards, Mr. President, we are here!" - said the address,

 

The head of the military administration of the Luhansk region, Sergey Gaiday, the Ukrainian army currently controls ten percent of the region.

 

The Ukrainian military destroyed two Russian helicopters, five drones, three tanks and six armored vehicles in the area.

 

In the past one day in Donbas, Ukrainian army units repulsed 17 Russian attacks.
