Flights from western Kutaisi international airport resumed on Monday after the renovation of a runway, the United Airports of Georgia said. 

The renovation of the runway was completed yesterday, with the first flight performed from  Minsk.

The cost of the renovation work amounted to eight million Gel and was conducted by the Black Sea Group. 

The costs were covered by the United Airports of Georgia.
