Ukrainian president Volodumyr Zelenskyy said on Sunday that Russian troops had conducted more than 400 bombings in the country’s east since the begining of the day .

"The fiercest battles are in the Donetsk region. Although there are fewer attacks today due to the worsening weather, the incidence of Russian bombing is unfortunately extremely high. However, he said that the Ukrainian forces “are slowly advancing in the Luhansk region”.

Zelenskyy’s administration also reported bombings in  Kharkiv, stating that individuals could be trapped under debris of a residential building.
