New Polish PM calls for “full mobilization” for Ukraine’s support

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk is urging the West to fully mobilize in support of Ukraine, emphasizing the importance of standing behind the country in its struggle for democratic ideals.

Tusk expressed frustration with politicians who express weariness over the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, stating, "I can no longer listen to politicians who merely talk and convey their fatigue to President Zelensky. We must remember the true purpose of this war."

Highlighting the significance of Ukraine's fight for democratic values, Tusk remarked, "Ukrainians are fighting for something profoundly important; their struggle began on the Maidan. They aspire to join the society of the Western world, aspiring to build a democratic, lawful state akin to Western nations."

The Prime Minister announced his plans to travel to Brussels this week, where he intends to advocate for stronger support for Ukraine among Western allies.

Tusk emphasized the need for a united front, stating, "Only a cohesive West can effectively aid Ukraine in its quest for democratic values."
