The Netherlands will deliver a new aid package worth more than €200 million to Ukraine, announced Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof during his visit to the country.
“We must do everything possible to help Ukraine advance, both on the front lines and in daily life. That is why the Netherlands is allocating this substantial new aid package. The funds will primarily support the protection and repair of energy infrastructure and include additional resources for humanitarian aid,” Schoof said on social media.
Schoof assured that Ukraine can expect continued support from the Netherlands. “My first visit to Ukraine as Prime Minister reaffirmed my commitment to ongoing support for Ukraine,” he said.
On the same day, Schoof arrived in Ukraine and, together with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, attended a school ceremony in Zaporizhia to celebrate the start of the academic year.
