Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that Ukraine’s ability to secure victory against Russia heavily depends on the support of four specific countries. According to him, these countries currently supply or have the capability to supply Ukraine with long-range weapons, crucial for pushing Russian forces out of Ukrainian territory and protecting the lives of civilians.
“We need permission to use long-range weapons specifically from the countries that provide us with these arms. And it depends on them. Frankly speaking, it ia not about the coalition of all our friendly partners or every country in the world,” Zelensky remarked.
He identified the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany as the critical states whose decisions can directly influence Ukraine’s capacity to address these challenges.
“We are losing people every day. And it is precisely these four nations that hold the power to strengthen our efforts in solving problems,” Zelensky emphasized.
His comments highlight the significant role these countries play in the ongoing conflict and the urgent need for their continued support.
