The Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Barsé, held a meeting with the founder and honorary chair of the ruling party Georgian Dream, Bidzina Ivanishvili on Wednesday evening.
Details of their discussion remain unknown, as the information was disclosed only through a post by Barsé. Neither Barsé nor the Georgian Dream party have released any statements about the topics covered during the meeting.
Before this, Barsé met with the GD leading figures Irakli Kobakhidze, Shalva Papuashvili, and Levan Ioseliani. Tomorrow, he is scheduled to meet with representatives of the opposition and civil society.
