Evacuation ordered in Russia’s Krasnoyarsk due to ‘enemy activity’

In the Krasnoyarsk district of Russia’s Belgorod region, authorities have initiated the evacuation of residents following reports of “enemy activity” near the border. The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, made the announcement early on Monday.

“We are facing an alarming morning with enemy activity on the border of the Krasnoyarsk district. We are beginning to relocate residents to safer areas,” Gladkov stated.

Evacuation transport has already been dispatched to facilitate the movement of residents to secure locations, according to the governor.

Earlier, Gladkov reported that the village of Vyazovo in the Krasnoyarsk district had been shelled twice with mortars, resulting in damage to power transmission lines. The power supply is now being maintained through backup lines.
