Today, at 7:00 PM, a march titled Georgia Chooses the European Union will take place in Tbilisi, beginning from four locations and converging at Freedom Square.
The march is organized by various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) including My Voice for the EU, Georgia’s Future Academy, Court Watch, Georgia’s European Orbit, Kvareli Euroclub, Defenders of Democracy, Civil Movement for Freedom, and Transparency International – Georgia.
The organizers highlight the symbolic importance of the event, emphasizing a Georgia that “will not miss its historical chance,” choosing unity, development, and a brighter future within the European Union.
The march will begin from the following four locations: Marjanishvili Square, Heroes’ Square, Republic Square, and 300 Aragveli Square, ultimately converging at Freedom Square, where participants will gather to show their support for Georgia’s European integration.
President Salome Zourabichvili is expected to join the march, further underscoring the event’s significance in the ongoing public discourse about Georgia’s future direction and its ties with the EU.
