Georgia has reported three coronavirus deaths in the past 24 hours which is the lowest figure since the first year of the pandemic in 2020.
The virus has killed a total of 16,681 people in Georgia since April 2020.
23,553 tests were conducted across the country in the past 24 hours, resulting in 817 new cases.
The total number of confirmed cases detected since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in the country in February 2020 stands at 1,644,112.
The daily positivity rate as of Tuesday is 3.47%, for the last 14 days – 6.64% and for the past seven days – 4.45%.
Georgia will lift all coronavirus restrictions, except the use of facemasks in closed facilities and transport starting March 28.
