Preliminary results from Georgia’s recent parliamentary elections indicate the ruling Georgian Dream party holds a lead with 52.97% of votes, according to data from 2,137 polling stations.
Among the opposition, Coalition for Change currently has the highest support with 11.21%, followed by Unity National Movement at 9.84%, Strong Georgia at 9.03%, and “Gakharia – for Georgia with 8.23%.
Voter turnout reached 58.94%, with 2,060,412 people casting their ballots in the elections.
