Georgian Foreign Minister visits Hungary for high-level talks

Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili is visiting Hungary today for a series of high-level engagements, including talks with her Hungarian counterpart, Péter Szijjártó, the Georgian foreign office announced on Monday.

Botchorishvili will meet with Szijjártó to discuss bilateral relations and regional cooperation. She is also set to take part in Hungary’s annual Ambassadors’ Conference, where she will join a panel discussion alongside her Hungarian counterpart.

As part of her visit, the Georgian Foreign Minister will deliver a public lecture at the Hungarian Diplomatic Academy, addressing young diplomats on Georgia’s foreign policy priorities.

The two ministers are also expected to make statements to the press following their meeting.
