Mzia Amaglobeli, the founder of Batumelebi and Netgazeti, has been hospitalized at the Vivamed clinic, where she will continue treatment under medical supervision.
According to Zurab Chkhaidze, the clinic’s director, Amaglobeli arrived at the hospital on her own, was fully conscious, and in stable condition.
“The patient was admitted in a responsive and adequate state. There was no loss of consciousness in the clinic, and she did not report any episodes of fainting. Hospitalization was recommended, and she agreed to continue treatment under inpatient care. Her condition remains stable,” Chkhaidze stated.
Doctors have noted certain irregularities in her test results, and additional laboratory and instrumental examinations will be conducted to determine the appropriate course of treatment and its duration.
Amaglobeli remains at Vivamed while undergoing further medical evaluation.
Her hospitalization became needed due to hunger strike she had been since January 12.
