The Anti-Corruption Bureau of Georgia has released donation data for election parties between July 1 and September 12, saying a total of 9,571,423 GEL ($3,541,426) had been donated to political parties during this period.
The ruling party, Georgian Dream, received the largest share, with 8,246,460 GEL ($3,051,190) in donations. Among the opposition, Lelo for Georgia raised 1,038,537 GEL ( $384,258).
The United National Movement, the former ruling force, collected 164,455 GEL ($60,848). Two parliamentary parties, Citizens and Strategy Agmashenebeli, did not receive any donations during the specified timeframe, according to the data.
