President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvilii will visit Bucharest on Monday, at the invitation of the President of Romania, the president’s administration said.
The official welcoming ceremony of Zourabichvili will be held on Tuesday in the Kotrochen Palace in Bucharest, where the talks between the President of Georgia and the President of Romania, Klaus Iohannis, will take place.
A meeting of the presidents is planned in an extended format, accompanied by delegations.
After face-to-face and extended meetings, the presidents will hold a press conference for the media and answer journalists’ questions.
Within the framework of the official visit, the President is scheduled to meet with the top Romanian officials: Prime Minister Nicolae Čukas, the chairmen of the Romanian Senate and Chamber of Deputies.
On October 12, the President will meet with representatives of the local government in Constanta, visit the port and hold a meeting with the seaport administration.
