French President Emmanuel Macron announced that Ukraine’s partner countries have three weeks to develop a plan for monitoring a potential ceasefire. During a “Coalition of the Willing meeting,” it was decided that foreign ministers would draft these proposals within the given timeframe.
Macron also revealed that France and the UK will send military delegations to Ukraine to collaborate with Kyiv’s armed forces and assist in future planning. “They will assess the required troop levels and necessary equipment to counter future Russian aggression and deter any hostile actions,” he stated.
He emphasized that this step will help clarify each country’s contribution within the coalition and provide Ukraine with a clear roadmap for coordinated action.
