Mamuka Mdinaradze, the executive secretary of the Georgian Dream party and leader of the parliamentary majority, has cast his vote and praised the electronic voting system, describing it as a reflection of European-style democratic elections. He asserted that the potential for electoral fraud has been virtually eliminated.
“This is progress. It signifies a European-style democratic election where there is very little room for manipulation. In electronic voting, even the theoretical possibility of fraud is ruled out. This is why they [the opposition] are in agony, as they can no longer discuss these chances,” Mdinaradze stated.
