Georgia has reported 4,774 new cases of Covid in the past 24 hours, while 37 individuals died in the reported period.

The total number of Covid cases since the outbreak of the pandemic in Georgia in February 2020 stands at 640, 358.

47,723 Covid tests were conducted in the past 24 hours, including 33,118 antigen tests and 14,605 PCR tests, the government of Georgia reports.

The daily positive rate as of yesterday is 10.01%. For the last 14 days-6.58%, for the last 7 days- 7.98%.In the last 24 hours, 1,623 individuals recovered from the virus. The total number of the recovered since March 2020 stands at 603,995.

A total of 9,306 individuals died from the virus since April 2020.

Out of 4,774 new cases of Covid,1,359 were detected in Tbilisi.
