Georgia’s imprisoned former president Mikheil Saakashvili has posted a photo of her daughter Elys Maria and her mother, famous Georgian singer Sofia Nizharadze, to send king wishes for New Year.

Saakashvili and Nizharadze were not married. 

He said that it is the first New Year for him in prison. However, Saakashvili noted that Elys Maria will have a debut on Mtavari TV channel on the New Year night and will sing a song which will allow him to focus on positive rather than on prison.
