Blinken: Russian actions in Georgia and Ukraine in 2008-2014 should be a roadmap

US State Secretary Antony Blinken says that the international community should be cautious towards the statements being made by Russia over Ukraine and should consider the Russian aggression towards Georgia in 2008 and against Ukraine in 2014.  


He says that the Russian action in those years should be a roadmap for the international community when making decisions or statements in terms of Russia.   


Blinken also stated during the ongoing Munich Security Conference that Russian statements that it is pulling back troops from the Ukrainian border after drills and real moves differ.  


The US says that Russia added 7,000 troops to more than 100,000 soldiers who are currently amassed at the Ukrainian border.
