Pro-Russian Alt-Info host calls US ambassador “wicked,” insults president

Host of pro-Russian Atl-info platform Tatia Gabrichidze has called US Ambassador Kelly Degnan “wicked,” claiming that she had  instructed the country’s President Salome Zourabichvili not to allow Alt-Info journalists to attend her briefings.

The Alt-Info television claims that their crew was not allowed to attend Zourabichvili’s briefing yesterday, and that it happened for the second time

“Have you received such an order from wicked Degnan and are you fulfilling the order as a slave? like Margvelashvili (the fourth president of Georgia) you (Zourabichvili) are the shame of the country and I think those who voted for you regret this,” said Gabrichidze.

She stated that the “public expects neither wise nor beneficial for the country from Zourabichvili,” and that the president is telling only “stupid things.”

Alt-Info has a  TV broadcasting authorization granted by the State Communications Commission, through which it spreads disinformation, openly anti-Western and pro-Russian narratives.

The Alt-Info group has recently founded the Conservative Movement which has plans to participate in elections.

Members of the movement say that they will visit Russia soon.
