Russian troops kill at least 220 children in Ukraine

The Russian military has killed at least 220 children since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine on February 24, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine has reported.

 

"According to official figures, 220 children have been killed and 406 injured. These figures are not final, as work continues on the sites of active hostilities in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories," the statement said.

 

A 14-year-old boy was killed and a 17-year-old girl was injured in a rocket attack by the Russian army in Odessa yesterday, said the agency.
