Chinese president Xi Jinping will visit Russia on March 20-22 and hold talks with Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin press office reports.

"During the negotiations, topical issues of further development of comprehensive partnership relations and strategic interaction between Russia and China will be discussed," the statement said.

The Kremlin said Xi Jinping and Putin would sign a “number of important bilateral documents” in Moscow, and there would also be an "exchange of views in the context of deepening Russia-China cooperation in the international arena".
