Died husband of Elizabeth II Prince Philip

The husband of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain, Prince Philip, died on Friday 9 April. He was 99 years old.
This was reported by the press service of Buckingham Palace.
Prince Philip passed away this morning at Windsor Castle.
“It is with deep sorrow that Her Majesty the Queen announced the death of her beloved husband, HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. HRH peacefully passed away this morning at Windsor Castle,” the statement said.
