In total, 84 foreign nationals were removed from the country as part of the operation

Georgia's Interior Ministry has deported 84 foreign nationals following a series of migration enforcement operations carried out in recent days, the ministry said on Tuesday.

The Interior Ministry said the operation was conducted by the Migration Department in coordination with other relevant units of the ministry.

Those deported included citizens of Turkey, Turkmenistan, India, China, Egypt, Azerbaijan, Kenya, Russia, Nigeria, Iraq, Cuba, Lebanon, Pakistan, South Africa and Somalia, among others.

In total, 84 foreign nationals were removed from the country as part of the operation.

The ministry said the individuals were deported in accordance with Georgian legislation and have been banned from re-entering the country.
