Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili on Tuesday said his government would allocate 10 billion USD for the country’s currently Russian-controlled Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions in the first three years after their “peaceful reintegration”.
Garibashvili said the country’s coastal Russian-controlled Abkhazia region has the potential to become “second Monaco” and reiterated the reintegration process should be “only peaceful”.
He also claimed the economy of the country would become 80 billion GEL next year and noted the foreign debt had decreased by 22% in the last two years.
While presenting the 2022 report, the PM also announced that the construction of the Georgian Culture and Spirituality Center would begin on the land transferred to Georgia (4,000 square meters) in Jordan.

Completion of the East-West International Highway in 2024.
Completion of the construction of the Kakheti expressway in 2024.
24-hour water supply to all cities of Georgia until the end of 2025.
Renovation of 885 kindergartens and up to 800 schools starting from 2023.
renovation of 150 outpatient clinics.
