Two skyscrapers are slated for construction on Tbilisi’s Heroes’ Square, following the City Assembly’s endorsement on Thursday.
According to the project plans, these two skyscrapers will be erected in the central part of Tbilisi, a heavily trafficked area with thousands of vehicles moving through it daily, resulting in constant traffic jams.
The complex will comprise 52- and 40-story buildings, accommodating a total of 1000 residential apartments each and commercial space. The entire project will cover 155,599 square meters.
