Representatives of Russia and the "DPR / LPR" groups have not submitted their lists for mutual exchange of detainees since September, the exchange process is blocked.
As reported by Novosti Donbassa, the head of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG Leonid Kravchuk said this in a comment to journalists.
“Ukraine at every meeting asked for ORDLO (Temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine) – give the lists. They blocked it under various pretexts,” – he says.
“In the end, they turned it into a game that looks very gloomy, because they are starting to trade in human beings,” said Kravchuk, speaking of the militants' intentions to hand over some Ukrainian citizens to the People's Deputy from the OPF, the godfather of the President of the Russian Federation Viktor Medvedchuk, that is, bypassing the established procedure exchange.
The last exchange of detainees between the official Kiev and the “DPR / LPR” separatists took place on April 16, 2020. 20 people returned to the territory controlled by the authorities. The militants received 14 persons in exchange, four more refused to go to ORDLO (Temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine).
