President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Belgium on Wednesday, where he has been scheduled to hold several meetings.
A meeting of the contact group on defense issues of Ukraine will be held in the Ramstein format at the NATO headquarters in Brussels.
Zelenskyy is expected to take part in the meeting, which will also include Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. The President of Ukraine will also meet with officials of the Government of Belgium.
Belgium will take over the EU presidency from January 1, 2024.
Zelenskyy arrived in Romania on an official visit on Tuesday and met President Klaus Iohannis.
The officials discussed cooperation between their countries, including the strengthening of air defense, the development of aviation and other defense coalitions, as well as the situation in the Black Sea region.
