Georgian Parliament member Giorgi Khelashvili says “the opposition falsely claimed the elections were rigged.” 

“Topical before the 2 October local elections in Georgia, here’s a thorough English translation of the conclusions of the inquiry commission on the conduct of 2020 elections. Opposition falsely claimed they were rigged,” MP Khelashvili tweeted on Monday.
