Georgia-US strategic partnership “beneficial for both” - PM Garibashvili

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, who on Thursday attended an official reception hosted by US President Joe Biden and his wife in New York, said strategic partnership between Tbilisi and Washington was in the interests of both nations. 

 

In his tweet following the reception held on the sidelines of the UNGA 78th session, the head of the Georgian Government said he had been “honoured” to participate in it. 

 

Garibashvili has been scheduled to address the UNGA session later today.
