Ukraine says Russia lost more than 1,500 troops over past day

Russia has lost an estimated 1,560 troops over the past 24 hours, according to the latest figures released by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Ukrainian military said Russia's total personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion have reached approximately 1,364,060 troops killed or wounded.
According to the updated data, Russian forces have also lost 11,962 tanks, including two destroyed over the past day, as well as 24,657 armoured combat vehicles and 42,987 artillery systems. Over the same period, Ukrainian forces reportedly destroyed six multiple-launch rocket systems and one air defence system.
The General Staff reported further losses in unmanned systems, stating that Russia has lost a total of 320,327 operational-tactical drones, including 1,894 in the past 24 hours. The number of ground robotic systems destroyed increased by 19 to 1,519.
In addition, Russia's losses include 101,237 vehicles and fuel tankers, up by 524 over the past day, and 4,234 units of special military equipment.
The figures, released by the Ukrainian military, could not be independently verified.
