11 arrested for membership in criminal underworld in Georgia

Law enforcers have arrested 11 individuals in central Georgian earlier today for the membership and support of criminal underworld which is punishable by 3-10 years in prison. 

The Georgian Interior Ministry says that the detainees were participating in various criminal disputes and received money or valuable items in exchange for ‘their support.’ 

Police have seized 15,000 USD, Mercedes car and weapons from the apartments of  the detainees. Four of the 11 have already been charged.
