12-15-year-old adults with chronic diseases allowed to get Covid jab in Georgia

Adults between 12 and 15 years, who have chronic diseases, have been allowed to receive the coronavirus vaccine in Georgia, the Georgian Health Ministry confirmed earlier today.

 

The individuals 16 and over are eligible to receive coronavirus vaccine in Georgia.

 

1,836,443 individuals have been vaccinated in Georgia since March 2021 of which 843,289 have been completely vaccinated.

 

Georgia has reported 2,228 new cases of coronavirus, 1,711 reviveries and 28 deaths in the past 24 hours.

 

20,490 individuals remain infected with Covid-19 currently in Georgia.

 

Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Sinovac and Sinopharm vaccines are available in the country.
