28-year-old arrested for sharing minor’s intimate photos on social media

Georgia’s Special Investigation Service on Friday announced it had arrested a 28-year-old man who had shared intimate photos of a 13-year-old on social media, after communication on Facebook and Tiktok.

“[During the video call] the suspect threatened to make the minor naked. While communicating by video call, the minor noticed that the man was taking shots. She asked the defendant to delete the photos”, the agency said, adding the photos were later shared on social media. 

Various other individuals contacted the victim later and threatened to send the photos to her mother, the agency noted.
