Ukraine’s General Staff reports Russia’s updated losses - 37 artillery systems, 346 drones, 1,090 troops lost in one day

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Saturday reported that since the beginning of the war, Russia had reportedly lost approximately 1,195,620 troops - killed or wounded - including 1,090 in the past day alone.
Russia’s estimated total combat losses in Ukraine from February 25, 2022, to December 20, 2025, are as follows:
