Ukraine says Russia lost over 1,400 troops and 64 artillery systems in past day

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported that Russian forces suffered significant losses over the past 24 hours, including more than 1,400 troops and 64 artillery systems.
According to the latest update, Russia has lost about 1,310,110 personnel in Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion in February 2022, including an estimated 1,440 casualties in the past day.
The reported total combat losses of Russia from February 25, 2022 to April 11, 2026 include:
11,851 tanks (+3)
24,381 armoured combat vehicles (+6)
39,798 artillery systems (+64)
1,726 multiple launch rocket systems (+2)
Air defence systems stand at 1,344 (+3), while aircraft and helicopters remain unchanged at 435 and 350 respectively.
The Ukrainian military also reported the destruction of 2,014 operational-tactical drones over the past day, bringing the total to 231,785. Cruise missile losses remain at 4,517.
Additionally, Russia has lost 88,698 vehicles and fuel tanks (+183), along with 4,121 units of special equipment (+2).
