A new wave of coronavirus is gaining momentum: 10 155 infected people were found in Ukraine in a day

In Ukraine, as of Friday morning, 10,155 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded, 4,149 people recovered, 172 patients died, said the Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov.

"10 155 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of March 05, 2021. In particular, 577 children and 345 health workers fell ill. Also, over the past day, 3 355 people were hospitalized; deaths – 172; recovered – 4 149 people, "- wrote Stepanov on his Facebook page on Friday morning.

The number of infected since the beginning of the pandemic on Friday morning was 1,384,917 people, 26,763 people died, 1,191,022 people recovered.
