“We saw the moaning of the Liberasts,” Tornike Rizhvadze, the chairman of the government of Adjara stated in response to July 3 Home to Europe rally in central Tbilisi, using the term by far-right activists which is a merger of liberals and the LGBT in an informal, degrading form.

“Of course, no one is going to listen to the specific whims of this particular group, and moreover, no one is going to satisfy them. We will maintain peace and serve the people of our country,” Rizhvadze said on Monday.

The Home to Europe movement is demanding the resignation of the PM, claiming that the Georgian Dream authorities are serving Russian interests.
