Abkhazia Government hosts entrepreneurial women from displaced communities at Family Art Gallery

The Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, Giorgi Jincharadze, together with the Minister of Finance and Economy Tengiz Nasaridze, met with women entrepreneurs displaced from the Russian-occupied Abkhazia at the Family Art Gallery.
During the event, Jincharadze congratulated the entrepreneurs on the March holidays and viewed the handmade works displayed at the gallery.
The Family Art Gallery, which recently opened, provides displaced entrepreneurs from Abkhazia with a permanent venue to showcase and sell their products.
Speeches were delivered by Jincharadze, Nasaridze, Gogita Tedoradze, and representatives of Georgia’s legislative authorities.
In his remarks, the government chairman emphasized the support of displaced entrepreneurs and the importance of fostering their economic independence. He also highlighted projects and programs implemented by the Abkhazia government to empower and assist displaced women entrepreneurs.
The event was attended by members of the Abkhazia government, female representatives of the legislative authorities and local self-government, as well as representatives of the Abkhazia Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Organized with the support of the Abkhazia government and the Ministry of Finance and Economy, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce, the event took place within the framework of Women’s Week. The initiative aims to create new opportunities for displaced women, support the development of their activities, and encourage active participation in economic processes.
Throughout Women’s Week, various activities will be held nationwide, organized by the Abkhazia government and its institutions, to further promote women’s entrepreneurship and economic engagement.
