Georgia’s high-level participation in the 2025 Antalya Diplomacy Forum highlights its commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with Turkey and enhancing multilateral cooperation with partner nations, Georgian Ambassador to Turkey, Archil Kalandia, said on Friday.

Speaking ahead of the forum, Kalandia pointed to the significance of the Georgian delegation, led by Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili, attending at the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

“The Antalya Diplomacy Forum is a major international platform held annually in Turkey. Although we have participated in previous years, this year’s representation at the highest level highlights the deepening of our friendly and strategic partnership with Turkey,” Kalandia said.
The 2025 edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, taking place from April 11 to 13, is themed Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World.

The forum aims to address global challenges such as geopolitical tensions, climate change, and technological disruptions by fostering dialogue and cooperation among international stakeholders.

This year’s forum is set to host representatives from 147 countries, including 21 heads of state and 80 ministers.
