Armenian PM arrives in Georgia

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, on Friday arrived in Georgia.

 

The Ministry of Economy of Georgia said the official was greeted by Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Levan Davitashvili at Batumi International Airport in the country’s west. 

 

Tornike Rizhvadze, the Chairman of the Government of Adjara, also participated in the welcoming ceremony.

 

The delegation accompanying Pashinyan includes high-ranking officials. 

 

The Armenian PM is scheduled to meet with his Georgian counterpart Irakli Garibashvili. A meeting in an extended format will also be held.
