“At the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, we once again call on Russia to fulfill its obligations and implement the decisions of the Court” Kakha Kuchava, the representative of the Georgian delegation to the PACE.

"The issue of recognizing the powers of the Russian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe is still being raised a year later. Not only the occupied territories, but also the human rights violations that are taking place, the enforcement of the decisions of the Human Rights Court, which have not been resolved yet,” – said Kakha Kuchava, the representative of the Georgian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

According to him, these are the issues on which the Georgian parliamentary delegation intends to remind Russia once again and calls on the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to fulfill its obligations – to enforce the court decisions.
