BBC exposes wanted former Georgian defence minister Kezerashvili in fraudulent scheme

BBC has tracked down Georgian former dedence minister David Kezerashvili’s £18 million London mansion and published an investigative report on Tuesday on the case of call centers fraudulent scheme.
According to the journalistic investigation, five individuals investigated for their connections with the fraudulent Milton group companies were connected with Kezerashvili.
BBC claimed it had obtained a number of pieces of evidence linking the former minister to Milton’s brands. Several companies owned by Kezerashvili used a private server whose users were only Milton Group companies. The media outlet said along with other real estate, Kezerashvili owns an office building in Kyiv where a fraudulent call center was located.
The criminal network is known to the police as the Milton Group. One of Milton Group’s investment brands sponsored a Spanish football club and advertised in major newspapers, giving it credibility with potential investors.
A fraudulent scheme known as call centers, refers to certain persons who had fraudulently obtained large amounts of money belonging to citizens of different countries, more precisely, they contacted citizens of foreign countries according to a pre-developed plan, with fictitious names, provided false information about the location of their company and offered securities, shares , participating in electronic trading of commodity assets, currencies and cryptocurrencies using electronic platforms created by the criminal group.
