Biden invites EU leaders for talks as Russia launches new offensive in Ukraine

The United States is convening a meeting with the leaders of France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, Italy, Poland and Romania following Russia’s large-scale attack on several Ukrainian regions simultaneously yesterday, Ukrainian media cited  BFMTV as saying. 

The media outlet says that the meeting, which is scheduled today, will be attended by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and European Council President Charles Michel.

According to reports, world leaders will react to a new offensive launched by Russia in the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine.
