Biden urges Republicans “keep their word”, secure aid for Ukraine

US President Joe Biden on Tuesday urged Republicans to back a deal to ensure support for Ukraine amid its ongoing war with Russia. 

“Speaker McCarthy and the majority of House Republicans must keep their word and secure passage of the support needed to help Ukraine as it defends itself. We are an indispensable nation in the world – let’s act like it”, Bidem tweeted.
