The Ministry of Internal Affairs on Wednesday confirmed an arrest of a British citizen in relation to the recent incident in the Ori Nabiji market in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi for hooliganism. 

A video went viral earlier today, showing a man, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, cursing and physically abusing the market’s female personnel.
