Businessman Ilia Kokaia dies in an accident while on Dedaena peak

Businessman Ilia Kokaia, who  owned a chain of hotels in Gudauri, a stake in a ferroalloy plant, and a share in the football club Zestafoni, has died while climbing Dedaena peak. 

He was on the mountain with his friends yesterday when he accidentally fell down and received a severe head injury. 

Kokaia died at the scene. 

His body has already been brought down from the peak.
